From our streaming checks, last checked 17 Oct, 13:53 SGT. "Expected" dates come from availability data, not the service; a "first detected" date is when a check first found it there, not its release date. See streaming releases this week in Singapore.
JustWatch lists no streaming, rental or purchase offers for Singapore yet. That does not mean Stitch & Angel's Perfect Summer Day cannot be watched there: offers are often added close to release.
